Terenzio Bertuzzi is aggregate Professor of Chemical analysis of foods for the degree in Food Science and Technology at the Faculty of Agriculture of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Institute of Food Science and Nutrition. He carries out researches in the fields of mycotoxins in foods, beverages and feeds. He participated in two projects financed by the European Union.
