Associate Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Institute of Food Science and Nutrition (ISAN). He carries out researches in the field of mycotoxins in foods, beverages and feeds. Prof. Pietri is author of more than 70 scientific publications and he also acts as a peer reviewer for 14 international scientific journals. He participated in 4 projects financed by the European Union.
