Prof. Giuseppe Bertoni is involved in research on nutrition and physiology of ruminants and its effects on health, welfare, fertility and performance. Particular attention has been dedicated to effects on milk yield and quality (nutritional and technological traits). He is involved in a project for EXPO Milano 2015: production of safe food, in sufficient amount and in a sustainable way, either in developed and underdeveloped countries.
