Gianni Di Falco

Gianni di Falco is CEO of FIT-Italia, ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 accreditated body specialized in the food safety management in the retail sector. He is coordinator of Federdistribuzione Food Safety Working Group and chairman of the UNI WG 17 for Food Safety. He is Italian expert in the ISO TC 34 / SC 17 and in Eurocommerce Food Policy working group. He is Professor of “Management of Commercial Enterprises” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
