Bartolomeo Griglio

Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at University degli Studi di Torino, Bartolomeo Griglio has worked at the Department of prevention of the Local Health Unit of Chieri (Torino). He also worked as Coordinator of the regional committee on food safety supporting regional policies and programs in the field of food safety included internal audit on competent authorities, training, risk management and foodborne outbreaks surveillance. As a senior lecturer, he is involved in post academic training specialization courses on inspection and control of animal origin food, food technology and animal health.
