Isabella Casella

Isabella Casella works as researcher at Crefis, the Research Centre on the Economics of the Pig Meat Supply Chain, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Her main tasks are the analysis of the Italian and international trade of pigmeat products and of the national and European pig slaughtering. During her professional career she also worked with a group of Parmigiano Reggiano’s producers on a project for the development of their export activity in Europe.
