Matteo Ferrari is assistant professor of private law at the Faculty of Law of the Università di Trento, where he teaches private law, comparative food law and wine law. He is also Lecturer of Agricultural and Food Legislation at SMEA – Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He has published in different areas related to the regulation of foodstuffs, both in English and in Italian.
