Massimo Malacarne

Dr. Massimo Malacarne is Assistant Professor in Animal Husbandry at the University of Parma, Dept. of Food Science. His research topics concern the effects of genetic and environmental factors on physico-chemical characteristics and processing properties of milk and dairy products.

He is currently involved in scientific projects and trials in partnership with European Commission (7th framework programme) and the Universities of Catania, Padova and Piacenza.
