Senior Scientist at CRA-FLC Lodi (Italy). The research activity is focused on the technological and functional characterization of lactic acid bacteria of dairy interest. At present is responsible for dairy microbiology laboratory at CRA-FLC and in national projects and member of the Italian Society of Agro-Food-Environmental Microbiology (SIMTREA).
