Agro-technician at CRA-FLC (Forage Crops and Dairy Productions Research Centre) of Lodi (Italy). From 1999 he was hired as permanent technician in charge for cheese productions at the Pilot Center of CRA-FLC. He is skilled in processing of the most important Italian cheese types and collaborate with private companies providing training courses on dairy plants.
